Would this cause a no spark issue??? Pretty sure that this is my culprit after 2 days of searching...

But would one of the wires off give me a no spark issue?

uhhh yeah that would def be an issue, thats either the 12V or Signal wire.

Its needed to run

No, that's how the wiring is suppose to be, it works better that way and gives you extra mpg since it won't give you spark and fuel.
