I get a TICK every 4 seconds on my newly SWapper SR

I recently got a swap from a ka to an SR20det from jdmnagoya.com and it seems i get a tick sound every 4 seconds...is this a rod knock or a bearing??or possibly a washer or part of something that fell into the cylinder head, causing it hitting the pistons??

Where does it sound like its coming from, i know you said the head but from the front or back. If its a ticking sound that only happens at idle and it sounds like its coming from the front of the valve cover, then it could be your upper chain guide. A common thing, just remove the valve cover and remove the 2 12mm bolts holding it and your done. Most sr's get them taken out for the same reason.
