Failed smog, need a shop

So I recently just failed my smog, timing is off, and apparently my fuel cap isn't functional, also 15mph my HC was too high by 5.

Anyone know a shop in the 909 area that can fix this for a reasonable price?

well those things are simple, but I don't know how to set timing properly.

I changed my oil, new spark plugs/wires, dizzy cap before the smog. Guess i'll try the cleaner though i'm just skeptical about it really working.

Get a timing gun. Simple as that lol. Cleaner is more of a failsafe more than anything. I'd rather do it than not and fail.
