got a crazy problem with my windshield wipers

i just put my sr back in and for some reason now i keep blowing the windshield wiper fuse every time i start the car if i put a new fuse in and turn the key to the on position the wipers work but as soon as i supply power to the starter the fuse blows can anybody tell me what this is?? i looked at the fsm but its no help

my Ka did the same thing, as well as the e fan fuse and the left headlight.

Sorry for such late feedback but I found two wires loose with connectors on the end of them (+and-) touching eachother im not entirely sure what they were to but I cut them an taped them off
