I'm pretty sure it's coming from the head. I don't hear it during initial start-up. After warm-up (maybe a min) it starts tapping. I'm wondering what it is? Maybe lifters tapping?

could be, have you popped off the valve cover to check? if you dont have RAS you can easily just press down on each of the rocker arms to feel for movement if you do you need to bleed them better to just bleed them all while your at it.
