What to buy early model vg30de heads

I have a pair of heads from a 1991 300zx non turbo - may have some valve damage from broken timing belt.

Well if no damage 100.00 a head but if damaged then 100.00 for the pair

Do you need the cams / solenoids & gears or just the casting / valves
