SR sr20det bogging until hits boost

hey guys ive been searching all over all the 240 forums and have yet to find anything like whats going on with my sr20det. so here is the rundown on my car.. i got the car from a guy that had no idea on how to do the wiring for the s13 sr20det into s13 chassis. when i got it the wiring wasnt finished and so i took the engine out and rewired everything according to SR20DET Swap Engine Harness Wiring Diagram Guide SR SR20 currently the car is running but not very good. it bogs alot until about 3000-3500 rpms when i hit boost. it will rev past 3000 rpms so im sure its not the maf. i currently have a new walbro 255 fuel pump on the way should be here tomorrow because it just has the stock 240 fuel pump in it now. the car has all new ic piping and fmic, new megan turbo mani, hks down pipe, stock 370cc injectors, stock ecu, has the stock fpr, and also one of those cheap adjustable ones on it, not sure why but thats how it was when i got it. guy had it turned up to like 80psi so i adjusted it back down to 45psi, not sure if the afr gauge is working because it currently says its running way lean. even when the adjustable fpr is turned up to 75psi. so im stumped on that. wondering if maybe the stock 240 fuel pump is to worn out.
any idea's on whats going on? and help would be appreciated

yeah i got that in yesterday.. had the same problem to find out that its running on 3 cylinders so i did a compression test=30psi leak down was 100% leak in that cylinder so i put a borescope in the cylinder and there is a small hole in the piston.

cylinder #4 is the bad one

just for future reference, i had a lot of problems with a circuit sports adjustable fpr, kept going lean, kept turning fuel pressure up and it would drop back down, turned tuning the car into a 3 day project, after i put the stock fpr we had it cherry in about an hour. the fpr had maybe 1000 - 2000 miles on it.

im wondering if thats not what happened with mine then.. pretty sure i got the car with cyl. #4 already gone though. the block is all torn down now. weird thing is, is it looks like the engine was just rebuilt. cylinder walls are all brand new looking and everything is stamped nicely so im not really sure what the deal is with that. they used oem sr20det pistons but judging by the cylinder walls i really wonder how many miles the engine has on it. they look like it just came off the assembly line.
