Pignose Bumper Question?
I've searched for hours about this and there's literally not a single post on any site that explains it. I've got two holes under my turn signals on the new pignose bumper I purchased, and almost every single pignose bumper I've ever seen doesn't have them. The only reason I don't think the guy I bought it from just cut them himself is because I've seen the exact same holes on a couple others, but the other 1000+ I've seen don't have them. Am I the only motherfucker with these stupid holes? What do you even use to fill large spaces in urethane? I'm at a loss..

Id just find another bumper. Someone may have had brake ducts or fog lights in them. Repairing holes on such a common bumper isn't worth the trouble.

![]() ![]() those are the holes. i think with some fiberglass tape and some two-part epoxy and some sanding, it should look pretty normal. i really don't want to have to go through the trouble of finding another one, think i could pull it off? |

for the record, if anybody anywhere near the metro detroit area is selling a pignose bumper, or you know anyone selling one, let me know, i feel like i bought the only bumper in existence with these fucking holes.

yeah, that's hole-saw magic right there. Trying to patch up a poly bumper will never come out right. Never... sorry. I say just rock it as is until you find another. I'll see if I can find a free one laying around here in CO that you can have at the cost of shipping because I'm just that awesome.

Honestly that shouldn't be too difficult to patch. Any competent body shop can fix that for you. Or if your'e feeling up to it, you can do it yourself. Just search google and I'm sure you can figure it out.

yeah i really was thinking the same thing, i think i'm going to attempt to do the fiberglass tape/two-part epoxy approach. if it gets fucked up, well, it was fucked up in the first place. Z_Spool, that would be awesome, I'd even be willing to pay a few bucks on top of shipping costs if it's in any kind of good condition. I'll post pics later of my repair attempts if anybody cares enough to see how it turns out
