I did search, haven't found anyone with a similar problem. As for a title I couldn't apply for a lost or abandoned title?

I've seen everything on google, nothing applys to a vehicle already here... I'll contact the DOT and see what my options are. If not, ohwell.

Ok.. Lets say you wanted to take that route..

1. How are you going to contact the original/last owner?
_ the dmv will not and won't find you the original/last owner and the dmv will not give you his info

2. What if it comes out stolen..
- you go directly to jail. Do not go do not collect $200

3. I really don't think that whole lost title thing works on a car you purchased out of the country
