wow, that blows.

considering that someone i know raced, got eyed by the cops, ran away, sped on the fwy with a chopper on his ass, spun out, got arrested, and then got off on a technicality or some BS.

the world works in really fucked up ways.

man, goto streetracing.org
and goto the post about runs and the penalties
what u got was like a slap on the wrist

besides, what's so fun about the runs?
all u do is drive ur 15 second car against other 15 second cars...
while a buncha n00bs who watched FnF squeeze nitrous into their stock civic's and blow their engines
i mean u mite as well goto a track, not get fined, and race against some decent cars

Ming, you couldn't be more right. Normal street racing is fun though (driving around and looking for people to race)... I'm not a big fan of organized illegal street racing events either. Good luck...

yeah, nothing like just driving around normally and finding someone who wants to race. then you think ok will we get enough room to race? then you taunt each other (if it's some cool guy wanna be racer) then you get enough room, boom you're gone, and take the victory. i guess it's just the change from driving normal to racing mode, then winning.

if you get caught just challenging someone and going you can just as likely get arrested for speeding rather than speed contest, or if its from a stoplight display of speed (that one never really made too much sense to me, oh well, couldnt they give tickets to riceboys for displaying speed they dont have)

anyways, thats not THAT bad unless its probation that wont let you leave the state and shit without asking your officer first, that REALLY blows. go read that shit about what went down in san diego the other day...a few guys got their cars impounded for 30 days minimum, bail set at $2000, and tons of fines. one guy got something like 90 counts just for being the guy that dropped the flag...and even worse, they werent caught, they were issued warrants for being suspects, and had their doors kicked in
