Can't charge A/C in S14 - 7.5amp "a/c"engine bay fuse blows

Until I can get some time to go over this with some tech friends at work and diagnose it.
1995 SE with SR20 full OEM 95 a/c system.
The only 7.5amp "A/C" fuse at the engine bay Blows every time I turn on the a/c button to try and charge it/engage compressor. No Engagement.

The A/C light stays lit no matter what and blower speed stays the same and doesn't miss a beat.Idle changes only the slightest. Not a big diff.

It sits on the right side by the cooling fan relay 2 in that pic.

what Does this 7.5amp Fuse Control Guru's?
Anyone know?seems to have a Pretty big Short Somewhere.

sounds like something is grounded..

did it work before, and you are just trying to re-charge, or is this post-swap?
