Needing Help with my Kouki - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

I have a 1997 Kouki that has a few problems. In order to start the car I have to hold the gas pedal to the floor and turn it over and its a pretty hard start. I already know I have developed a knock or something that makes a knocking sound. I know that the sound fluxuates with the speed of the motor.

Starting issue is probably the Coolant Temp Sensor.

Knocking Noise is probably a Spun Rod bearing, If its quiet at idle and gets faster and louder the Higher the RPM's then that engine is toast
