i just got done breaking in my new motor and boosted it here andthere during breaking in and had no issues with anything.

no i went out and mashed on it once around a corner and after i let off the wastegate dump just kept dumping haha.

the motor is a neo rb25 with a compound turbo setup and it slamms to 15psi alsmot instantly. that was the hardest i have been on it so im trying to figure out what happened.

has anyone had a tial stick open? (and yes the valve seat "seal" is installed.

Boost controller? If so, take it off and try. You could take it off and inspect it with an air compressor.

Unhooked boost controller and pressured it with my compressor. Piston didn't move because I suspect it was stil stuck. Tested it later after it cooled off an the piston moved.

Are you sure it's a real Tial gate and not a fake?

im guessing your wastegate is a bitch to get to. If not take it off, take it aparts and check the diaphragm

Yes it took me an hour and a halfto put in. It worked the last time I drive it do maybe it was just a wierd one time thing
