its pushed in on the drivers side corner, just needs to be popped out. The mounting tabs aren't in the best condition but that could easily be fixed by laying some fiber glass on the inside.

The transmission is going out and I don't have time to replace it yet, so I wouldn't be able to meet you. If you drive down to sd I'll give you $60 for gas and time.
