SR Where does this plug go??

Finally found something that might explain why my sr won't start! There was a plug hiding around the back of the engine that connects to the head where the coilpack harness ground is and it's unplugged I tried looking but can't see anywhere it could plug in to. It's maybe 6" long and it's like a stainless steel braided thing with a 2 prong plug. Here's the pic.

Should be a spade terminal type of bracket thing on the firewall where that goes. That's the ground from your head to the chassis.

That little ground, is the cause of alot of no starting sr20's
not hooked up, getting hot, missing etc. I've seen it all.
