Looking to get 18x9.5 Grids wrapped in 225/40's for my S14 with Megan coilovers. Going through some backlog, it seems +15 clears in the front and does not rub on the coilovers, however I'm not seeing them for sale anymore. Anyone running 18x9.5 e20's on an S14 with coilovers? Trying to find out how big of a spacer I'll need to run. Was trying to stay away from needing new studs and such, but it's seemingly inevitable at this point.
Looking like I'll need a 10mm spacer, but anyone with this set up feel free to chime in. |

FWIW. I have 17x9.75 +25 in the rear. with 225/45. Dropped down almost to the rim and the rear fenders aren't rolled. It tucks just perfectly.

I know this will look like ass. I just need to get my wheels with good tires on the car.
I'm on stock suspension and have stock brakes. Can I run 17x7.5 +46 in the front and clear? Can I run 17x8.5 +37 in the rear and clear? I'm ordering Drop Engineering 5 lug conversion hubs, I need to know if I need spacers too. No I will not buy better fitting wheels. EDIT: Sorry, forgot to mention this is for an S13 coupe. |

Second, a slip on spacer will do for the fronts since they won't clear regardless even with coils. I would suggest getting an 8mm spacer at the very least. It'll leave about a good 4mm's of space. |

The better answer would have been to atleast just look for somebody getting rid of stock S14 SE wheels for cheap and run those. Wont need spacers, clear brakes/suspension and can usually be had free if you pay for the tires still on them. Or atleast gone Grimm's way, stay 4 lugs and get some 4 lug wheels that has good fitment and dont look like a complete ass. |

According to my wheel offset calcalator, the rears will extend 35mm past stock on the outside, which is plenty for me. I haven't gotten bitten by the herrafrush bug yet. I'll get 20mm spacers for the fronts, with arp studs and call it a day*. The only reason I asked is I'm okay with shitty offset for now, and if I can get away with not running spacers I would for the time being, but apparently I can't. *I'm still researching the differences between extended studs and additional studs. |

I'm planning on getting 50mm overs for my S14, and already have 10j+18 wheels with 225/45 tires. I want to run -2* camber. Will I need spacers or should it fit pretty decent?
I've tried doing the math myself a bunch of times and it seems like it'll fit, but I'm not exactly sure, I'm sort of just guesstimating.

Just get your alignment set before you put the over fenders on so you can use your tires as a reference. Bow the fenders in as much as you can so itll be flush with the wheels.
Personally, I wouldnt bother with over fenders. Just roll and pull the fenders, should fit that setup with no problems. |

So after reading most of the posts this is what im getting.
Have a s14 and trying to get. XXR 52618x 9 + 20 offset 235/35/18 for front andt 18x9 +35 255 /35/18 Trying to achieve a flush fit maybe with a roll. Trying to avoid a pull. Do i need any changes here? From my understanding xxr only come on 18x10" +20 on the back and that will require a mild pull. Correct me if im wrong |

Not without alot of work. S14s have larger arches and wheel well, S13s, not so much. You have numerous issues to deal with, between beating the ever living crap of the inside, to clear lock to lock and the tabs/lips inside. Widest I'd go with S13s up front is 9.5j. Shoot for something between +20 down to +12. +35 wont clear the suspension. |

How about the 9 +20 in the back. They only have 10.5 +20. Ill be driving the car a lot and would like to have it properly aligned. A sligh pull/roll is ok just dont wanna have something to the extreme.

Need some tire input please.
I'm running a 18x10.5 rim with 255/35 tire in the rear. I ordered front rims that are 9.5 wide. What size tire would you recommend to match the stretch of the rear tires? |

Forgot to mention that i will be doing front tubs! i was planning on buying +35 so that i could just run spacers to get my flush fitment. im thinking of just buying the +12 though. so basically i will have rolled fenders and front tubs with +12 offest to start with. any problems you can think of?? i know the size of tire will play a big part also, kinda why im trying to figure this out beforhand

Ok, excuse a total noob question, I've only had my S13 for about 6 months now.
So right now I'm on 4lugs with 235/40/17s all around. rims are 17x8 +9. I had my fenders pulled a bit so that it wouldn't rub in the back. front at -2.5* and back at -3.5* (running camber in the back at -3.5* due to inability to lower it to -2.5* need to buy control arms to lock it on, cause stock bushings are worn out). im on silk road coilovers if you needed to know that lol. I'm looking to do the 5 lug swap and I'm wondering, do most people run 18" rims or 17" or 17 up front with 18s in the back. Anyway I don't know how much offset I should look into getting if I want a pretty flush look. I plan on getting z32 brakes for now and maybe a bigger brake kit when I have the money. Also my front end is kinda jacked so I may get overfenders from origin all around since I'll be replacing the front fenders anyway. So what would a good wheel size and offset be to allow clearance for bigger brakes and look flush? I'll probably want to run 245s up front and maybe 255s in the back. |

It's about preference. 17/18 stagger works fine/looks good. 17's all around works/looks good too. Look around the wheel fitment thread for what's "flush" Brake clearance depends on spoke design. Are you looking for a functional set up or a "flush" set up? You can't have beefy tires and be flush unless you like the fenders chewing your tires up. |

This isn't so much a fender fitment question, as a suspension clearance question, but will a 16x12 +5 in the REAR clear all the suspension arms and whatnot? fender clearance is a non-issue for me (going in a 280ZX with S13 rear subframe).

Right now mostly functional, but somewhat flush. It's my DD right now but I want to start tracking it eventually.
Basically as flush as I can get it without rubbing and having to put pieces of wood to get out of my driveway :P |

Yes, itll clear...I've run 11j +28 rims in the rear and I still had about 5-7mm of space to clear suspension. You'd have 10mm more clearance that my 11j setup inside but stick out another 36mm. 50mm overfenders are gonna be must. |
