Last night I changed out my HID's for regular bulbs (for Virginia state inspection ) when I turned on my light they didn't turn on but all my other lights work fine. I plugged my HID back in and it works great. Is there something I can do to fix this? I'm going to autozone to try different bulbs but I don't think h1's are even close to other bulbs now adays.

My the pictures aren't uploading. Ill try again after restarting my phone. It's so odd that my HID's work fine but regular bulbs don't

I have it connected to the headlight piece it grounds to stock
