Stumped as hell

ive been searching up on this all week and havent found a solution. my car had been like bucking on acceleration unless i floored it in every gear. then it would just stop accelerating and drop rpm a for a few seconds before accelerating again. now it wont even hold idle i can rev it but when i stop it will just drop rpm, and when it hits about 1k from there gets rough and dies. theres smoke coming out but its been sitting a few days, doesnt burn oil or coolant.
heres a list of things ive replaced in the last few days.
MAF

IACV

AAC

Fuel Filter

Upper Intake Manifold

Throttle Body

Removed emissions and capped ALL vac areas

Distributor

Air Regulator

i can find no air leaks but its running like it has one. heres a video of it

POS 240 - YouTube

any ideas on what the hell it could be?

disconnected the maf and started it up and it stayed on...so i cleaned both mafs and now it stays at idle but every now and then it starts to cut out. sometimes it catches itself, sometimes it dies. its not too bad though, i can just tweak it from here, thanks
