Anyone who swapped ka24de compressor to redtop sr20det

TO ANYONE THAT HAS SWAPPED OVER A KA24DE A/C COMPRESOR TO THERE REDTOP SR20DET PEASE CHIME

I need some info,I blew my a/c compressor on my s13 and purchased the codyace a/c adapter which lets you use the compressor from a ka24de which are a dime a dozen,so I purchased the mounting bracket and a/c compressor bolted it up and now the a/c lines dont fit the different compresor,Now my question is,If I was to purchase the ka24de a/c lines to match the ka24de compressor are they gonna just bolt right up or would custom line be needed?I'm considering wheather i should just go back to redtop compressor.....

USDM lines will not fit JDM compressors and vice versa. I run Codyace's kit with my SR and USDM lines/compressor and everything connects flawlessly.

If the JDM fittings are already spliced into the USDM lines, then you should probably use a JDM compressor. The only other option is for you to source out USDM lines...

If you want to go back to the JDM compressor, PM me. I have one from my 180SX in good working order. I will never realistically use it.
