That looks exactly like a cx racing radiator, plate should be riveted onto side of tank to ID it, they do just fine even in the desert. This guys price is spot on too for it being used.

I have one of these S14 Radiators on my notchtop , after three years , I have PIN Holes now. Filled with a couple table spoons of pepper and good as new. Watching my tank and temp like a mother. Aint worth it .. Saving for a good one !
