Not necessarily a 'blown ECU', but it does look a bit burnt/melted. Pull the glue off and get a closer look. Is it a switch on the other end?

yeah its a Jim Wolf Ecu with a dual tune. what do you suggest to pull the glue off?

Usually it is hot glue so just fingernails work. Also pop the other side of the ECU case off and see if it looks burnt on that side. My favorite test for ECUs is the sniff test - does it smell burnt?

That looks blown. My bro has a ECU from JW as well for his B14 & looked nothing like that inside.
