Blow off valve installation query

Guys, I have a query before installing my recirculating blow off valve. On my cold pipe I have vacuum line going to the throttle body(as illustrated in the photo) and I plan to install my blow off valve near it. Would that be fine? Or do I need to block off that vacuum line when I install my bov? Thanks in advance for the help, I'm hoping to learn more from you guys.

It would be easier to mount the BOV on the hot pipe, then recirculate it into your intake.

I also mounted mine on the driver side of the intercooler, and had it shoot straight back to the intake.

that should be fine as long as you have the right source of vaccum and a long enough hose to make it back to the intake and correct spring installed, what bov is it that you are going to install?

I don't believe connecting to the throttle body nipple works. IIRC i tried it and it didnt work. Connect to the intake, there is a port just TB on the lower intake manifold on the motor side. I am using this for BOV and wastegate reference.
