So i have a small problem with my headlights i put new motors in it and only one light fully works (left one) the other one goes up but wont go down and also that ones brights do not work even though i just put in new lights. any ideas?

More punctuation. After that, wiring. Grab an FSM and multimeter and get to probing.

Check the headlight / turn signal switch unit on the steering column. They get corroded and the contacts stop working sometimes. You can take it all apart easily - google "s13 headlight switch" and there are write ups.
