Can someone tell me if these parts are interchangeable between the KA24DE and the SR20DET?

1. Short Shifter
2. Exhaust

exhaust is the same, but turbo exhausts dont work well on N/A powered cars and vice versa

Yes and yes. For the KA, it likes a 3" exhaust. As does a turbo SR. So.. you're safe pre-buying those before the swap (which I assume you're doing).
