Calls me "buddy", then "moron" a sentence later hahaha. Are you bipolar? The offer you received was on or before May, back when you though you could get a lot more for it. You did not lower the price until recently, now that you've realized you're not getting as much as you wanted. You made it sound like you had refused the 375 offer, especially 'cause you were looking to get 500 hundred lol.
