With zero issues. I literally shipped an SR20 and transmission (plus a shit on of other engine parts) through USPS in Okinawa. Tore it down to the crank cleaned it all up, and shipped it in 70lbs or less boxes. They dont give a fuck what is as long as that shits not gonna blow up or start fires.

That is completely false. There are dozens of service members stationed in mainland Japan and Okinawa that are sending car parts back through USPS with no issues.

Ditto. Seems like a side project for them, but it would be nice if it was more streamlined.

Facebook is defiantly the quickest way to get a response. Kunio always gets back to me in a timely manner. The holidays are just now over so I'm sure they are playing catch up.

I can't help but think that with the opening of the new warehouse, they're going to be a little longer on the response times until things settle down. It's understandable.

We get 100+ emails a day so it's worth messaging us on Facebook if it's an urgent bid that needs to be put in. If the item isn't big (seat, wheels, aero, differential, etc..) it's not worth going through us. Just use Buyee.

Can anybody tell me about how much it will cost to ship a bride brix or recaro sr3 and what the best shipping method would be from Japan to USA.

I just got a bride reclinable seat shipped here. Paid $188 for the seat and a little over $200 for shipping on it. My bucket carbon Kevlar zieg type rz that weighs 9lbs was def a lot less to ship.

I've been using Buyee for real small stuff, been pretty satisfied.
For seats, I'd suggest just going through Streeter. I can almost certainly say he'll be cheaper. The man really knows how to package seats. Maybe someone who's gotten a seat through Buyee can chime in. I've lost count of how many seats I've gotten through Jesse, not just for myself but for local friends too. Shipping is typically just over $100 on average. That's on a bucket. As stated, recliners are a bit more to ship. And I'm in Washington, not sure how much of a difference that makes. |

What do you guys define as "Smaller stuff" Like shift knobs up to what? Intakes? Gauge clusters?
Just curious because i use streeter for everything i buy, and i love the guy, but i do buy alot of small things, so anyway to save will be great. -Kyle |
