VQ swapped 240 wiring help

I swapped an '04 VQ35de into my 91 hatch. I decided I wanted to do a tucked wiring harness and finished it up which resulted in it starting without a problem however when pressing the accelerator pedal, it doesn't rev much as it's gone into limp mode. I'm getting the codes below:
P2122 - APP sensor
P2138 - APP sensor
P0222 - TPS
P0123 - TPS
P2135 - TPS
I checked continuity for the accelerator lines and all are good on being pinned correctly and have continuity. Checking voltages they do not get the proper voltage as only 1 gets the 5V signal and not the other that should.
Checked continuity for the TPS and pins 1, 2, 4, and 5 are good however using the FSM image below, I'm having issues understanding what to check.

I know the shielding has to be grounded however nothing is mentioned for pins 3 or 5. I have written down that one goes to Pin 5 on the ECU and the other Pin 44. Can someone verify this is correct? Voltages are not coming across as correct on these either.

Before it's mentioned, I had the ecu checked and it worked fine as it drove my friends car around with no issue.

Is your throttle relay wired in, or wired correctly?

Pretty sure both are. Waiting for my ecu to get back so I can check the voltages on those again

Did you swap in a 350z pedal? If so you want to make sure that the bump stop is correct on the pedal so that it does not go past full throttle, if it does it will reset itself.

That's interesting. Didn't know that.
