![]() Hi, i have a 1991 240sx auto i just picked up a trans today from a 1995 240sx any tips for getting rest of parts for swap cheap and swapping it thanks.

Rockauto is good for parts you want to buy new like clutch master and Slave, 5 speed pilot bushing, clutch if you want stock.
Grease trick has always worked the best for me when removing the auto pilot bushing. Don't try to use a 5 speed lower harness, keep the auto one. Only wiring that needs done is park sensor and reverse lights. You can make your own clutch hardline for about $5 if you can't find an oem one, or just get a master to slave braided one. If that s14 trans has a sensor at the top of the bellhousing you can take it out and sell it or keep it if you ever plan on getting an s14 |
