SR is running rich then dies HELP!!!

So I need some help guys, I swapped to a top mount turbo on my SR and a external tial 38mm wastegate and when I fired it up for the first time it ran really lean then came back to ~14.7 until I bleeped the throttle and then it died while coming down. Now when I fire it up it goes full rich until it finally dies and won't idle or anything, so far this is what I've checked.

Fuel pressure is good
Wastegate and aem truboost are hooked up as per aem
Timing is correct
Oil feed and return is correct and not leaking.
Maf is plugged in and grounded.

I'm going to double check vacuum lines but I'm pretty sure they are good to go, can just changing the position of the turbo on these motors really need a retune to idle? I can't figure this out guys and any help is appreciated.

Btw so far the car has
Fmic, don't know the brand
Tomei FPR
CX racing turbo (6063) and manifold, I figured I would give them a shot
Custom down pipe
550cc injectors as per the retard I bought the car from
Walbro 255 pump
Aem truboost ebcs
Tial 38mm ewg

Changing injector size means you need a tune. It's an ecu from the 90s not a super computer.

I had a similar problem and won't get a proper idle, turns out my IACV was dirty.

so before the fuckery continues, a little more info is needed, the car ran, you parked it and swapped the turbo and now it runs like shit? or the car hasn't ran except for how it was tuned before you owned it or x amount of time ago and you swapped this stuff and still cant get it to run?

pull your fuel rail with everything hooked up and see if any injectors are leaking, a lot of people who swap injectors reuse the old shitty o rings or don't grease them putting the injectors in, the o ring rolls and you leak extra fuel into the cylinder

The car ran properly and was tuned for all of the parts that were on it before I swapped the turbo and manifold. The tune that is on the car is from rs enthalpy. The only thing I did was the turbo, which is the same size, the manifold and the external wastegate

Could be your MAF or MAF wiring

I would check everything you had to remove to swap the turbo, was anything welded when you installed the parts, for instance welded the dump pipe after swapping the manifold to make sure the fitment was good? you could have broken maf wiring when removing or reinstalling it, maybe damaged the cas housing or plug? I would start checking everything in that area

Can I please have a picture of the driver side of your engine bay? I want to see how shit looks around your exhaust manifold. Just take an overhead picture.

I think it's just the tune, maf is good but it went from a stock size turbo inlet to a 2.75 and I think that's fucking with the tune

I'm thinking that the MAFS is too close to the turbo but I don't know because the OP hasn't uploaded a picture yet.
