GT300 54C Sr20DET Racing Head
54c GTiR GT300 SR20DET Racing Head
Here's a once in a life time opportunity to own a very rare piece of Japanese racing. - GTiR/54c GT300 Racing Cylinder head (different casting) - Massive Port and chamber work. - Nismo 54c Oversized valves - Nismo 54c Strengthened Rockers - Nismo 54c Dual valve springs - 2.3mm Head shave - OEM 54c solid lifters The porting was carried out by a Nismo/GT300/JTCC workshop in Japan. These Nismo parts were only available to racing teams only, the parts were never sold to the public. Would suit a high powered Drag/Track car, some parts can be sold separately. You will be able to fit this to FWD, AWD & RWD with the appropriate modifications to block. Head is currently disassembled, this is how i got it. I will have the head checked, cleaned & assembled for the buyer which is included with the price. this is so cool and finally one of the rare, old parts that'd be worth the money. I'd love to know what they did to the block too. Might as well have the head flow tested after the reassembly just for shits & giggles.

Semi-custom CP pistons. I was considering their off the shelf 12.5:1, but I figured 11 was a little more room for error while still giving me better off-boost response than the old 9:1 since I have a good amount of cam overlap

I have never been good at calculating comp but this head with 9:1 comp pistons and 1.5 - 1.8mm head gasket will should be around 11:1? Which imo is a great boost comp for a det.
In the gt300 series they run much higher comp! They run .5 - .8mm head gaskets for a start. |
