Its weird, the automatic seatbelts will sometimes work, and other times not.

My driver's side one is stuck mostly forward now. But the passenger one will work just fine.

Will any Nissan service center fix this for free?

Should. Lifetime war. on restraints. They replaced both of my front auto belts in my Altima....track, motor, everything, for free.

Some dealershits have a cut off year for when they'll service the seatbelts....though it shouldnt be that way.
