s13 Brakes go "HHHHsqueeek"

I checked the pads they are not worn out. It doesnt do it when i gently stop, it also doesnt do it always. Im wondering why it could be? The only thing i could say is when i try to spint he rotors it seems like at a certain point the rotor makes contact with the mad more then all the other surface of the rotor i dont know if thats normal or what. Or maybe the pads are shit :/

you might need to resurface your rotors but in my case it was due to a stuck caliper which i heard happens to a lot of s13. In that case from 3/93 and after your caliper with core chance is like 30 bucks but before that its like 75 give or take
