I'll have to agree.. turn up the boost a little. 10-12psi and you'll break 13.9.

100 octane wont really help you at all unless you will be turning the boost way up or advancing the timing which you cant really do either. It can actually hurt you somewhat. If you can crack off a 2.1 60 foot or better at stock boost I would expect a 13.7 or so; At 13 psi expect much better
