s13 Dash Lights Question

I had a Pioneer deck put in a few months ago and afterwards none of the dash lights come on. I didn't really mind since I thought it was kind of cool having the whole car dark at night, well now it's starting to bother me.

The gauges also wouldn't light up, which I took care of by putting new gauge faces on, but it's been so long though I can't remember if the needles are supposed to light up still. I've checked all the wiring he did, it was pretty much just replacing the wiring harness and plug everything back in, and everything looks like it is ok, nothing left unplugged or just cut. Any ideas?

have you checked the fuses and any bulbs associated with these connections?

Sorry, should have said that, I did check all fuses long ago. Bulbs though? Would every bulb go at the exact same time?

You sure you didn't tap into the wrong wire during your Pioneer install?

I'd check the wiring harness.

Its too coincidental that the lights go out right after you did some electrical work. Could be the lights just burned out, S13s/S14s are notorious for that. I'd check the wiring first.

it might be your control modual, i forget the "tech" term for it, but it is the white box on the driver side floor next to your fuse box, i had a very similiar problem to yours, went to NISSAN they told me it was that, went to the junkyard and got one for 10 bucks, and wala, lights all worked
