I shipped a full bumper set to a Zilvia member on here. He used highway freight for shipping. Cheap and effective.

I prefer not to ship this item unless you have your own arrangements. i.e. know a friend or business out here in So.CAL that is willing to transit this kit to you.

I don't want to be liable to freight damage as bodykits are really fragile and shipping companies are idiots.

2. S13 dual projector - no cracks, leaks, all brackets are original.

3. S13 JDM RHD (Right hand drive) drive shaft, steering wheel, blinker switch, AC console.

THis seller is one of the best on Zilvia, I should know I just bought a crapload of parts from him for a great price, and it worked out great. Again if you need to hear from a customer of Jerry, you can call me personally at 561-801-1483 and I will vouch the shit outa him.
I can explain what payment works best,
Shipping,
and various other questions you might have.

Payment will work best if it is money order, thats what i used with jerry and it went through great,

Freight for the bumper and the headlights I would recommend ground shipping,
you will ahve to get with jerry about box dimensions and weight, but the company that i used for ground was great and i got my package in 5 buissiness days

or dylt.com
highway freight is a freight broker which got me a great price for the package that was sent to me,
and dylt is the actual shipping company that highwayfreight used, mabe you can get abetter rpice through them directly but i dont know.

I deffinately recommend highwayfrieght and to give u a idea of what i shipped and how much it cost, I
shipped a whole m-sports kit , front and rear widebody fenders, and position lamps for 197 bucks
to Miami from LA, which was a great price.
