Tanabe Exhaust w/ Link

Okay, I couldn't find no info on this, all I've seen are prices, which are all extremely high. Can you justify getting this exhaust over say the 5zigen fireball for n/a applications, I know it's dual and the fireball is single, but it's like twice the price basically.

Actually, the picture they have in carparts.com is wrong. That's the Tanabe DTM exhaust which has only Honda applications. The one for the S14 is the Tanabe G-Power Medallion exhaust, which is one huge oval tip which looks really mean IMO. I love that exhaust, it looked pretty cool when I saw it on an S14. Here's a picture of it. *hopes it works*

that's why i couldn't find nething on that exhaust then cuz i saw the g-power medallion exhaust, but carparts didn't specify what type it was so i was lost. thanks for the pic though, it clears some stuff up. i kinda like the look of the dtm one they have pictured on carparts better though.

Dude no exhause is worth $800 i don't care if it's chrome and messages ur balls while u drive ....... well maybe that would be kewl :-P       but neway it's just a metal pipe im having a shop bend me an exhaust for $50 and the 240 is simple as #### it's almost straight the entire way back .... would take a major idiot to put a fucked up pipe on there ... even crush bent.

the DTM and G power models are both discontinued from tanabe.  all you have now are racing medallion and hyper, plus the super series.  at one point they were selling these exhaust "REALLY" cheap (dtm, g power), just to get rid of them.

240 booster: &nbsp;so then what is the point in getting an exhaust like that? none? so i could get a metal shop to MAKE me a custom exhaust for alot cheaper? &nbsp;so i could get them to make one like that g power or racing medallion and it would make the same power and everything as the real thing?

it's just a pipe to let exhaust out, not worth $800 for that to me. i was just seeing if there's something special behind that one. must all be in the name.

hey, does any one know why tanabe discontinued the g power medallion?...damm i wanted one for my carrr...i heard it was really great from alot of ppl....so y da #### did they discontinue it?.. = /
