Definitive Ninjas v. Cowboys

Okay, im bored at work, sue me. I was discussing who'd really win if the East and the West clashed. So post up ninjas v. cowboys, and their exploits. Because if this was the cartoony world, ninjas somehow have 'invisibility' which really makes no sense.

And if you were wondering y i picked Cowboys, its cuz pirates aren't as plentiful, and they are much cooler.

MGS1/2: The Ninja. SilverFox in disguise in MGS, and Olga Gurlukovich in MGS2. Awesomely deflects bullets with his/her sword, and moves QUICK.

Cowboy: The Duke. Known to end lives, and always sounds scruffy/drunk.

hella people were shooting at the Cyborg Ninjas with machines guns in MGS series, I somehow doubt the duke would be able to box em up.

cowboys are hardcore. its a well known fact that cowboys shoot better than anybody so since ninja's could dodge regular bullets the cowboys would anticipate that and shotty their balls off.

ba'am no mo ninja. its a lot like a ninja vs a samurai except cowboys got no beef with playin dirty if things get outta hand.

Could a ninja deflect shotgun rounds? It would seem unlikly a ninja could deflect 50 pellets with his sword. It also depends on the enviorment. If I saw a ninja running through my yard, I dont think he would make it very far. But If the ninja got into my house and I was running from room to room looking for him, I dont think I would last very long. But if I just stayed in my room with a shotgun pointed at the door, he would not last. But then again, if the ninja tricked me and knocked on the door and moves as I blow a hole through the door then he throws a ninja star at me through the hole in the door then he would win. So it realy boils down to how smart the ninja is.

i dunno about ninja swords but i do know that a samurai sword hand crafter (meaning hand folded the metal) could cut through several bullets before breaking (they tested this on some history channel show). if the cowboy with a magnum or desert eagle 50 could stay alive for the ninja to deflect some bullets he will win . i vote the duke

Ninjas are nothing but little panzy kids that were nerdy and had no friends in grade school, so they sought revenge with ninja training to pick on old bullies.

And if you correctly remember, Revolver Ocelot picked up his skills from practicing with a 6shooter, a well known cowboy gun. Which would allow me to rule him in as a cowboy.

Cowboys are the MASTERS of trickshooting.

Actually ocelot started out with an automatic and only switched to a revolver after big boss told him it sooted his style better. And the ninja's name is gray fox, not silver fox. Come on i thought you like metal gear.

Apparently no one else has seen the trailer for the movie "Brokeback ridge", or maybe it was "Brokeback mountain." In any case, seeing that trailer ruined cowboys for me for life.

No human being alive could have reflexes faster than a bullet... BUT, if a ninja is smart enough, he would attack at night, where they are the most dangerous... OR they'd pull a naruto with shadow ninjitsu and attack you with 1,000,000,000 spitting images of himself and they all can hit you.

Show me a real ninja person who can split images of himself. It all depends on when the fight is. Ninjas are stealthy so they have the advantage at night. Cowboys would have an advantage in the light.

Just cause it's daytime doesn't mean you can't sneak around. What is the cowboy gonna do. Sit in the open 24/7? A ninja would just wait until he's vulnerable and then kill him. The cowboy wouldn't have a chance cause the ninja would never let him know he was coming.

you forget the cowboys ally, his horse would tell him when danger is nearby, and then he could drink a lot of whiskey and blast the ninja with his shotgun. I don't think a ninja would last 5 minutes in an old saloon fight. If cowboys can blast bad Bart, ninjas would be no problem.

ACtually the ninja would dress up as a commoner, a farmer, gardner, or a drunk at a saloon. When the moment was right and the ninja was assured that his strike would be lethal, he would do whatever it is he had planned and kill the cowboy without him ever knowing.

Anyone who's anyone knows that. Ninjas didn't always wear black. They were also masters of disguise and finding opportune moments to strike down their opponents. Once the emporer of Japan hired the ninja to work for him, they would spend their day gardening, and whenver an intruder entered the emporer's compound they would all strike using their gardening tools to stop any threat.

What the hell is a cowboy gonna do against that? He wont even know whats happening until he's got a katana sticking thru his throat.
