15" Tires: $250-$375
Balancing for existing tires (if still serviceable): $10/tire (or so)
4-wheel alignment: $59.99

... assume a bad day, you need new tires, my Kumhos cost me $252 mounted to the wheel and balanced, skip balancing, as I got new tires, and alignment, another 60 bucks. I was STILL way under 2.5k and the vibration was gone. You have $2500 to spend? Stop asking questions and start with the common sense things, THEN question when that doesn't work.

Check your tension rods. Sometimes the bushing wears out and you can feel vibration in the wheel at speed.

Always have your tires balanced, unless you like cupped tires and the vibration. Even though the tires are new they still need to be balanced to the rim.

I got it good, balancing is free and so are my wheel alignments. Working in a shop saves me so much money.
