there are 18. one is in the front right, blocked by the one on the middle right that is sitting on the wheel well.

i got em from a tire shop. cool guys rock. all sizes that work for me

My dad when he sold his shop in ventura, cali had about 100+ used tires. He had to pay to get rid of them. There were some pretty good tires. I dont really know how you can just get them free unless you jacked them off the racks shops leave overnight.

I got a question about this.

So for drifting is it Ok to just go get any'ol used tires like that and shred'em? I would think you need at least decent tires. But I dunno, that's why I ask.

Also, how do you guys get around haveing to pay soo much to have'em all mounted?

cuz places have to pay to get rid of em. they'd rather give em to people. though sometimes you have to have a hazardous waste permit

you can mount your own tires with a manual tire mount...they really dont cost that much...balancing might be another story

it's good to have decent tread. so if i find a bald tire or even half bald i won't take it, since it would last only a lap or two. the tires i got had 1/4 to 3/4 of their tread remaining.

i have a friend at a tire shop. so if i wait around til the manager's not there i can get em mounted for free.

i'll never pay more than $10 per tire for mounting.

Yeah, I worked at pepboys and we charged people an extra $2 per tire to get rid of it for them. I guess this was because they had to pay someone to come get them all. I could just ask the store manager usually and he'd let me grab a few for fun

and $10 to mount a tire? damn, I think Ive payed $4 at most, lol.
