changing to vlsd, need to change driveshaft?

i tried searching couldnt find anything on the topic
its a noob question

i just recently got a hold of a 5 bolt vlsd with axles to go with it,
but my car is automatic for now i heard the automatic driveshaft is either longer or shorter then the manual one.
so im thinking the vlsd came from a manual car , do i need to change my driveshaft? will it line up to my automatic tranny or should i wait to install my tranny?

newb bashing welcome because i know its gonna happen

No need to change the driveshaft. The difference is only one inch in the length of the housing because of the ABS sensor. Have fun spinning two tires.
