which o2 sensor for s13 blacktop?

i already searched and looked in the FAQ. it sayed 95 TT 300zx. unless my car has some different turbo elbow that i dont know about, that is definately not the sensor. tried 94 sentra SE-R, that didnt work either, even looked at a 98 200sx and that wouldnt fit. the one on my car is really skinny. anyone? maybe a newer sentra or something?

The ones from an 86 300ZX turbo will work, they are skinny and have the same plug as the SR.

sweet i will give that a try. on 240sxmotoring.com they say the skinny one is for the redtop and the fatter one is for the blacktop. does this mean its possible that i have a redtop that someone put a blacktop valvecover on and sold to me? very reputable shop though, 52F is on the block i believe, if that means anything.

Well I also have a blacktop, I know for a fact it's a blacktop, and it has the skinny sensor. It's possible that the cover has been painted, that's what happened to one of my friends.

well it was definately a blacktop cover, at least it looked like it was because it was old paint and had markings on it. dude i just went to advance auto and the one for the z is too big. unless they have the wrong part. could an o2 really cause my car to run so shitty and cause it to die in the middle of driving? it doesnt die when i am on the throttle, on when i push in the clutch.

o2

ok heres wat we did on a black top...
the blacktop we had came with a skinny o2, if you look at it theres an adapter on the o2 extesion piece. If you can get that off, you can fit the 300z tt o2 on there, -you might have to get another adapter piece from a stock single or dual cam-. Thats wat we did and it worked perfectly.
