Anyone in SoCal with a wideband??

I just fixed my timing and idle issue but i have a feeling that im detonating on the top end..I blew my sr motor recently and just got it up and running with lots of headwork done...Im scared!

Anyhow, i just need to use your wideband to street tune. If anyone in my area is nice enough to help me out, id really appreciate it. Im in anaheim, ca, feel free to post your email or pm me your #. im willing to hand off a pair of brand new s14 rear struts (KYB AGX) over $100 value in return. Thanks!

go to the dyno get it done professionally and it cost like 100 bucks

Street tuning is TOUGH.

I've tried it multiple times and if it wasn't for good datalogging it wouldn't work at all.....

yeah i know, i went there 2 days ago and wasted 125. at r&d dyno. didnt realize my timing was off then and now i dont have 125 bucks to waste again. ive already spent about $100 on fouling spark plugs as well.

In other words. If i had the cash, i would take it to a dyno. But i dont, so im asking you zilvians for some help here. Im even offering rear s14 shocks that are brand new (kyb agx) to just USE a wideband. I think thats very reasonable.

didnt realize how tough it was to street tune..never done it.
My friend has an LM-1 wideband datalogger..but he doesnt have the guage or rpm box. Can i still use it? If so, where do i weld that extra bung?

Have you tried just adding fuel to the top end and see if it fixes anything?

Try adding an octane booster and see if it goes away.

on my last successfull dyno, my ecu runs real rich on the top end so they had to take away fuel (6000rpm -2 8000rpm -16)

i havent really changed anything since then, just fixed a bunch of problems...so im using my old tune pretty much and so far it feels good, but kinda feels TOO good so i think i might be running a little lean on the top. so i'll add some fuel tomorrow and see how that feels.

as for octane booster, i use xylene once in a while..but im trying to get a safe tune until i can save some money to go get a real tune..i use 92 octane.

I think my BOV might have a small vacuum leak as well, MAN! problems..
