OK, it's been a few weeks, and I'm still not having any luck with finishing up the swap.  Everything is done, but I'm not getting any spark in cylinders 2 and 4.  I checked the coil packs, plugs, entire wiring harness for continuity, grounds, and connections.  Nothing.  My last thread concerning this matter was posted a few weeks back, if anyone wants to read it.  My question for you is: Have any of you ever had problems with your ignitor chip, ECU, or Cam angle sensor.  I'm trying to figure out if that is the problem.  thanks

if no one here knows, you might want to check over at freshalloy.com  Bunch of SR gurus over there.  They can be kinda uppity sometimes though.

Ive heard that lots of SR's come over here to the states with failing alternators....have you tried push starting the car? All ya have to do to push start, is find a hill, have some friends give ya a push down the hill, have the car in first gear and in the on position....when you gain enough speed (10 MPH should do it), let out the clutch with the car in first. This should force the car to start (not too sure why, but it sure helps out on a freshly rebuilt rotary <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>).
I could be totally wrong though...just something to try.

Well, there's two main reasons why I'm reluctant to try that, Tyler. &nbsp;First, my SR20 has individule coils, and a cam angle sensor instead of a distributor. &nbsp;Second, If I drift down a big hill, with hopes of starting the car, and fail, that means I have to push the car up that same big hill!! &nbsp;I'll pass. &nbsp;Thanks, though.

If you are not getting spark on 2 and 4, that means you are getting spark on 1 and 3? &nbsp;If so, then check the power (signal) wire for the coil pack on 2 and 4 and make sure they are getting signal. &nbsp;Also to rule out that 2 and 4 coil pack is broken, subsitute the 1 and 3 coil pack into 2 and 4 cylinder and see if you are getting spark. &nbsp;If not, then the problem is not the coil pack then you can trace the problem on why you are not getting signal to the coil packs. &nbsp;

Sorry I can't be any more specific because I don't even know what the problem is to be exact, but usually to get around the problem you have to start trouble shooting and make reason to yourself in every way possible.
