KA KA24DE Leaking from front, crank oil seal replacement?

Hey all,
Just started the car up after it coming back from the body shop, only to find a puddle of oil under the car... Sigh, what's wrong now... Looks like it's leaking from the crank pulley. I looked the seal up on nissan-auto-parts-dealer, was like 5 bucks, that made me feel happy, but how hard is this thing to replace? How do you take off the pulley? Is it just take out the bolt and pry, or do you need a puller?

Looking in the FSM as well, once you get the pulley off, it says use a "suitable tool" to install the seal, what would this "suitable tool be". Also, if it isnt the front oil seal, what else could be leaking, its def coming from the front of the engine, and looks to me from near the bottom... Thanks!
