Project car finally up and running - Few issues...

Well for the past 5 months I've been building an s13. I've had a hell of a time just getting her up and running. Well I finally got the engine out of the way. Now that the car is running I took it for a test drive around my neighborhood area. Here are the issues
-Brakes or something is squeaky majorly at slow speeds - backing up and slowly accelerating... The car didnt squeek before the car was parked for months...
-Major pull and hard steering wheel shake when applying the brakes hard (also wants to lock up the right front wheel only..the left(drvr side) doesnt lock up???)

What could be causing these issues???

Maybe a bad bad rim. I know that 1 tire in the front is a different size from the other as I needed the wheel as an emergency. But tire size shouldnt affect braking that much should it? Bleed the brakes maybe???
