KA sohc to dohc problems! please i need help BIG TIME!!!

ok i got a dohc for my 89 coupe i solder a couple of wires for the intake senor and my distributor connector was f-up so i soldered wires stright to the plug and it cranks fine and i fucked around with the timing with the timing gun and i turned the pulley as well to get the timing right and i got the timing good but heres the main problem the car starts but alot of white smoke comes out and gas comes out of my headers cause i have an eghuast leak so gas and oil comes out and burns my gas quick and i try running the car and it sounds like a wxr with white smoke blowing out but runs like crap ive changed the injectors but i got them from altimas at the junk yard and i dont know if their different and all my spark plugs are dry except for the first one its full of gas and i also soldered my intake manifold plugs cause i got the wiring harness form a 95 240 so i dont know if its my distributor or my injectors?? i really need help cause i need my car for work!! alos the motor shakes alot and the mounts are tight!....ohh and plus i have to kinda hammer my distributor in so i dont know??

Ive done my research and it might be my injectors or my distributor???! or timing!!

please help me!!! i will mow your lawn!!!!!! clean your room if you can help me ouT!!!!!!!

any help will be appreciated!!!
