I just ordered some redline oil 75/90w:

First, how much do i need to use b/c some people told me that if i use too much or too little i can ruin my transmission.

Second, how do i exactly change the oil, could i do it myself? If so, how could I?

See my 2nd and 3rd gear always scratches when i nearly reach redline and changing the gears fast(in other words dogging it out or racing it) and 1/4 of the time it grinds when i try to downshift to 2nd at 35mph+.  So im guessing that the redline oil should help and smooth out my shifting, ( i hope it does)
