WTF is going on

[A Dying Devotion]

Well after driving my car today and getting in an accident on the rear passenger side corner my car does some wierd stuff. I will start accelerating in first and will hear a sound coming from either the front wheel or in the engine bay but this may sound dumb it goes something like this "chhhh" then the car seems to stop recieving gas and it slows down like 1mph then goes back up fine again. It will do this through all the gears every 10-15 sec. Also my idle is now funny it will go as low as 600 then jump up to 1300. Could this be a bad fuel pump? Yes I know the fuel pump is in the rear but maybe my ears are just tricked into thinking its coming from another direction. Not really sure.
