Vegas would probably be the more logical choice.
And when you live here, you learn to stay away from the strip. It's full of annoying people and traffic. I've been here my whole life and i've probably only been "on" the strip maybe 15 times? Only reason I go down there is when family is in town. It is pretty hot here, but its not humid like Joel (mello) mentioned.
