Leaky Injector

HELP!! cars running crazy...
got a problem and couldnt find it searching. i retimed my motor because it wouldnt start, and now it starts but idling or anything before 3000rpms the motor seems to want to die out. so wen i drive i just stay on the gas and brake when i slow down or stop. anything past 3000, the car drives fine like normal. any ideas what could be wrong??
